Our training concepts are composed of different modules. Therefore they can be adopted easily to your exact needs.Ideally, we combine modules from our impulses / workshops with parts of our seminar program. The interactive platforms would be the perfect supplement. They offer the possibility to experience and practice what has been learned before (see: TRANSFER).
The first step of a successful training is always raising awareness of the need for changes. Only if the acting people realize the benefits of changing something, they will be willing to look into it.
The basis of changing something is to understand, what exactly has to be done and where difficulties might arise. Therefore we focus on a personal experience. With our interactive platforms i.e. communication tools can be tried during the seminar. The situations we use are challenging and transferable into the daily worklife.
Daily worklife is where changes have to take place. We can support on-site. Together with the related personnel we will observe and reflect typical situations in short workshops. We can not only achive a common understanding on the strengths and weaknesses of a team but also adopt tools and techniques perfectly to the exact needs.
